Kerel M. Sharfner is the Founder & Principal Broker of New Vision Commercial, bringing more than 12 years of commercial real estate expertise to the Los Angeles market. His career in CRE began in 2014, including tenure at DAUM Commercial, one of the region's most respected brokerage firms. Since founding New Vision in 2020, he has built a full-service practice spanning brokerage, leasing, acquisitions & dispositions, and property management.
Kerel brings the same rigor, market knowledge, and negotiating strength as any major firm in Los Angeles — sourcing and marketing opportunities across LoopNet and CoStar, while maintaining a proprietary network of relationships across the region. His approach is client-centric, focused on long-term value creation for investors, landlords, tenants, and property owners alike.

Kerel's career in commercial real estate includes prior experience at DAUM Commercial, one of the largest full-service CRE firms in Southern California. He brings the same market knowledge, negotiating strength, and brokerage depth as any major firm in Los Angeles — while creating access and opportunity for POC, artists, entrepreneurs, and creatives.
Since founding New Vision in 2020, the firm has represented landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers across entertainment, sports, fashion and tech — closing over $100M in valued transactions and 1M+ SF in commercial space.
